Kindergarten Eligibility Age Calculator

Please use the age calculator to estimate the year your child will be eligible to start kindergarten. Students must be five years old by December 31 in order to start kindergarten

The Alberta government changed the entry age for students registering in Kindergarten, beginning in the 2020-21 school year.
