If you said yes to any of these questions, Mindfulness Club is for you! In Mindfulness Club you will learn different techniques and strategies to help you relax, feel calm, focus, and gain a better understanding & control over your emotions. We will meet on Tuesdays from 3:30-4:30 in room B220.
