Transitioning from Outlook to G Suite
Learning about Gmail and Google Calendar
All district staff have transitioned from Microsoft Outlook and Exchange to Google’s G Suite email (Gmail) and Google Calendar. Staff email addresses have also changed from username@aps.k12.co.us to username@aurorak12.org.
G Suite offers a robust, easy-to-use email (Gmail) and calendar system (Google Calendar) along with a wide range of integrated apps that can be easily accessed away from the office and offers unlimited storage. G Suite's email and calendar apps are similar to the consumer versions of Gmail and Google Calendar, which many people are already familiar with.
