Mindfulness is a regulating technique that can help children and adults when they are feeling anxious or overwhelmed. Below are several videos to demonstrate techniques we use at Fulton to promote mindfulness.
Maintaining a normal schedule, to include sleep, meals, family and learning, will help students regulate during this uncertain time.
Spending time physically close with others during this time is discouraged. However, emotionally connecting with others is needed more than ever! Use FaceTime, Google Hangouts/Meets or even phone calls to connect with friends a family.
