Kindergarten-
UNIT 1-Kindergarteners will kick off the year learning the rules of the STEM lab.

First Grade-
UNIT 1- 1st through 4th grade will be kicking off the year with a unit on Digital Citizenship. This is a great way to ensure all kids become great digital citizens not only with technology at school but home as well.
Goal- I understand how to be safe, responsible and respectful in living, learning and working in a connected digital world.
UNIT 2- 1st graders will be using Keva Planks and Dominoes to build rube goldberg machines.
Goal- I can work with my partner to build a rube goldberg machine.
UNIT 3- 2nd graders will be using Ozo robots to explore coding in the world of robotics.
Goal- I understand how to program a robot to solve various challenges.
UNIT 4- 1st graders will be Code.org to build their coding skills.
Goal- I can use the blockly coding language to solve various coding puzzles. block
UNIT 5- 1st graders will be using Scratch Jr. to make interactive games.
Goal- I can use Scratch Jr. to create interactive games.
UNIT 6- 1st graders will be Code Spark Platformer will be learning how to make their own games.
Goal- I can use Code Spark Platformer to design a game.
UNIT 7- 1st graders will be Sphero Indis to work on their robotic and coding skills.
Goal- I can program my Sphero Indi to solve a variety of color based challenges.

STEM 5/6- Students will start the year by designing a game using Bloxels.
