What is Credit Recovery?

Aurora Public Schools' credit recovery program is designed to provide an opportunity for students to obtain credits toward their high school graduation. Students are assigned two .25 credit courses at a time on the Edgenuity online curriculum platform. Student may work from home or at school to complete lesson activities.

It is extremely important that student's take notes online or on paper because they can only take quizzes, tests, and exams in the Credit Recovery computer lab at school.  A team of highly qualified teachers in each subject area will visit each school at least once a week to assist the students and Educational Assistant in the lab.

Once a course is complete, the teacher will post a grade. Students will see their recovered credits at the end of the quarter.
