1.2. I'm a returning student. What should I do?
STEP 1: Please settle your balance (if there is one) on your account from the previous year before you go ahead.

1.3. On what date and at what time does the class begin?
CLASSES/ORIENTATION will start on June 23, 2025, at 8:00 am at PIC (Philippine International Church), AUP Campus.
CLASS SCHEDULE:
Monday to Thursday, classes start at 8:00 AM and end at 4:45 PM
Friday will be morning classes only.
The flag ceremony is scheduled every Monday and Friday at 7:45 AM.
Breaktime is 10:16–10:45 AM, and lunchtime is 12:16–12:59 PM.
2.1. What are the specific requirements for each subject my high school child needs to buy or prepare for?

2.2. How can I determine the class section to which my child is assigned?
Your child's homeroom adviser will notify you of the class section via email or text. Please ensure that you have officially enrolled your child.

3.2. How can I pay my tuition and other school fees online?
The Adventist University of the Philippines offers E-payment options for an easy payment process for tuition fees.

If payment has been made through AUP Cahier, please email a copy of your payment confirmation/receipt to cashier@aup.edu.ph
3.3. How do I determine my total assessment, down payment, or required quarterly payments?
Enrollment (Registration Dashboard): The system will calculate the amount for you and display it on step 2: Personal Data > Education Plan > See Details
Enrolled Students:
Option 1:
Log in to AUPA Apps: CLICK HERE to log in.
Navigate to "Financial Permit": Once logged in, find and click on the "Financial Permits" option in the menu.
View Quarterly Payments: Look for the "Quarterly Payments" button and click on it. This will show you the exact amount you must pay each quarter. (Please take a look at the image below for reference.)
Option 2:
Ask your homeroom adviser to have a screenshot of the required quarterly payments.

3.5. Is there a discount if I pay the full amount up front?
Yes, there is a discount for full payment.
3% discount for students who stay in the dormitory
1.5% discount for off-campus students
3.6. Family Discount for Tuition Fee
Parents with two or more children currently enrolled at AUP are eligible for a family discount on their tuition fees.
To apply for this discount, please submit a copy of your birth certificate to the Student Finance Office (Window 5 or 6) on or before October 31, 2024.
Please note: This discount is not available to students who are receiving educational aid.

4.1. Where can I buy the needed books?
You can purchase your required books at the university store.

The store is open during holidays and is closed every Saturday.
Your homeroom adviser will inform you about which books are needed for your subjects.

Uniforms are available for purchase at the AUP Store and AUP Tailoring on campus (in front of the university store) or at local tailoring shops outside the campus.

4.3. What is the uniform policy?
New students have a 3-week allowance period
Strict implementation begins on July 7, 2025
4.4. What attire should I wear on the first day of school?
School uniform for returning students with a proper haircut (men) and natural hair color (women)
New students with no uniform yet—any decent attire (no sleeveless tops, shorts, tattered jeans, plunging necklines, jewelry, or slippers)

6.1. How can I get my AUP email?
Kindly check the email address you provided in your application or registration if you received an email from the AUP ICTS Office with instructions on activating your AUP email account.
NOTE: It’s important to open this email and follow the instructions promptly, as the activation link will expire after 48 hours.
6.2. How do I log in to my AUPA Apps Account?
To access the AUPA Apps, follow these steps:
Go to the login page by Clicking here
Enter your credentials: You should have received an email from the AUP enrollment system containing your unique ID number and password. Enter these details into the corresponding fields on the login page.
Click "Log in": Once you've entered your credentials, click the "Log in" button to access your AUPA Apps account and view the following:
Registration: View your registration dashboard
Online Class Records (OCR): See all your recorded activities/assessments in all subjects
Report Cards: See your report card
Finances: See all your financial transactions, charges, and account balance
Financial Permits: View how much is your required quarterly payments
Upload Payment Receipts: Upload proof of payment and view AUP Bank accounts
AOLIS Personal: View your AUP records
6.3. How do I change my AUPA Apps password?
You can change your password by clicking the Forgot Password button on the login page (see image below). Ensure you input the correct ID number and email you used during registration. Click here to proceed to the login page.
6.4. Whom should I contact if I forget my ID number or email?
Option 1: Visit the ICTS Office (Ground floor, JLDM Library building.) during working hours. (Monday to Thursday, 8:00-12:00 noon, 1:30-5:oopm, Friday 8:00-12:00 noon.)
Option 2: Email your concern to ict@aup.edu.ph and state your full name and grade level.
