Erbil Manpower believes that building trust with clients and stakeholders is the prime EMP business objective. They exist to solve client needs and problems so that they can focus on growth. Now, they have an open position for an Auditor. 

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

     - Leads the HR Process, and supervises the HR-ERP system under the supervision of HRS and HRM

- Support preparing and collecting data for the annual manpower plan, and adjust the organizational chart accordingly

- Prepare job descriptions for newly created positions and update existing job descriptions regularly

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process. Manage and maintain a pool of CVs and candidates

- Supervise the recording of employee data and update personal files regularly. 

- Facilitate onboarding for new employees including policy and procedures 

- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies related to HR practices and employee relations

- Prepare and submit monthly social security reports

Requirements:

 - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field

- Proven experience of more than 3 years in HR& administration within the pharmaceutical industry or industrial field

- Excellent Communication skills in Kurdish, and English Languages. Excellent Negotiation skills

- Proficiency in HR systems and databases
