College Board Opportunity Scholarships: Currently open to the Class of 2020 and the Class of 2021
There is a total of seven scholarships to be awarded. By completing each of the six college planning steps, students become eligible for the scholarship associated with that step. Students who complete all six steps are also eligible for the seventh Complete Your Journey scholarship.

RaiseMe Micro-scholarships
Open to all students grades 9-12
RaiseMe allows you to follow colleges you are interested in and earn micro-scholarships based on your achievements that you add to your profile. If you attend one of the colleges that you follow, you will receive the micro-scholarships that you earned in your financial aid package.

2. Learn more about which colleges could be a great fit for you, see the micro-scholarships they’re offering, and share that you’re interested by hitting the “Follow” button (for each school).
3. Complete your RaiseMe Portfolio by adding each of your course grades, club involvement, sports, volunteer activities, and more.
4. For each achievement, you'll earn a micro-scholarships from colleges you’re Following, the sum of which you'll be awarded when you attend that college.

Horatio Alger National Scholarship If integrity, determination and courage describe you - you have what it takes to be a Horatio Alger Scholar. Our scholarships reward students who possess the character to succeed in life. We help students overcome the financial barriers of pursuing higher education. NROTC Scholarship - Applying for the scholarship does not compel military service. Even receiving the scholarship does not require service. Recipients can attend their Freshman year of college without incurring any expense or service obligation.

Career and Technical Education Scholarships
Eligibility:
Students must be nominated by an attendee of the 2019 Career Technical Education Conference held on November 20-22 at the Omni Las Palmas Hotel in Rancho Mirage, CA. Each attendee may only recommend ONE eligible CTE student.
CTE Scholarships are open to any graduating senior enrolled in CTE course who plans to pursue CTE training after high school.
This CTE training must result in one of the following:
An industry certification (CNA, LVN, ASE, etc.) or
A one-year certificate program or a two-year associate degree, or
A four-year degree in a CTE major areas of study.
Employment goal must be clearly stated in the student's narrative and address 1) what employment the student intends to seek and 2) how the student plans to obtain related employment once training is completed.
Candidates must be a current California resident, and graduate from a California public, charter, or private secondary schools before July 1, 2020.

Pittsburgh Steelers and former University of Southern California WR JuJu Smith-Schuster is dedicated to giving his all on the field for his teammates, and off the field for his community. In 2019, he created The JuJu Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to the support of youth initiatives and lifting the spirits of those in need.

Eligibility:
You’re between 16–25 years old.

You’re enrolled, accepted or applying as a full or part‐time student at a university, college, or vocational school. The school does not have to be in California.
