These PDFs have all of the information that you will need for your adviser and your potential club. Please remember that before any paperwork is submitted, you must propose your club concept to IOC and Mr. Hoganson to discuss your club purpose, structure, and constitution specifics! All club applications must be typed and printed to be submitted to the board of education. You may not commence club activities until your club has received approval by the board of education.
