At New Tech, we prepare our students for a successful future!
The inaugural field trip of this academic year was a triumph! On August 29th, Mrs. Hernandez and Mr. Lewis led 18 students to Oak Bottom Marina at Whiskeytown Lake for a kayaking and nature-learning adventure. Students from all grades participated, and they shared some entertaining stories upon their return to campus.
We are excited to welcome these trailblazing teachers to New Tech!
They team teach Global Studies to all 9th and 10th graders.
Mrs. Heather Morphew also teaches all sections of independent study and is creating an education pathway to kick off next year.
Mr. Kenny Arnell returned to Anderson New Tech from Utah. He was an engineer (and teacher) and is our Engineering CTE Teacher. This year he is teaching physics, PE, and pre-algebra.
Both bring enthusiasm and positive energy to their classes and the New Tech Community.
This year, Leadership is providing reserved parking for students. A fee of $40 is required to select your spot, and students are allowed to paint a design after it receives pre-approval.
Students who have already paid and had their designs approved will have the opportunity to paint their parking space on Monday, September 8th.
All funds raised will be directed to ASB to support upcoming student activities.
