Our new Director of Anderson Alternative Education, Mrs. MacCaughey, is thrilled to be stepping into the role of Director. She comes to us from Tehama eLearning Academy in Red Bluff with 10 years of educational experience. Outside of work, life is full and fun with her husband and their two little girls who keep them busy! She enjoys watching movies, reading a good book, and spending time at the lake.

 Jenna Nichols came to us from Tehama eLearning Academy. This is her 8th year of working in education and looks forward to many more to come. She enjoys kayaking, painting, and museums. Jenna is very excited in her new position with Adult Education and learning everything there is to learn about helping Inmate Education at the same time. We are very excited to welcome Jenna Nichols to the team. 

Jeannine is coming to us from CHYBA most recently, but she has also worked in places such as West Valley, Lake College and even Mt. Hood Ski Academy. She has four children and enjoys kayaking and gardening. With the 11 years of educational experience she brings, we look forward to everything she has to offer North Valley High School.

Scott Gadbois has over ten years of experience in education and excels in hands-on classroom instruction. He enjoys spending his free time with his wife, their three children, and their barnyard animals. He also likes being outdoors, hiking, and visiting historical landmarks.

Ashlee is originally from Medford, OR and happy to be living in Shasta County now with her son, Liam. He just started TK at Turtle Bay School in Redding, where they live with our corgis. They love to go camping or travel and participate in anything adventurous! Many weekends are spent with her four brothers BBQing and game nights 😊

She has been in education for ten years at ALL grade levels, teaching Health, PE, and most recently, AVID. She loves to help others succeed and making people laugh; She is not afraid to be silly or take a risk for the greater good of our students and will do her absolute best to serve our community with the skills and experiences she brings to the table.
