More from the Redwoods Field Trip – March 7th - 9th
25 ANTHS students travelled to the coast and stayed at the Wolf Creek Science Campground in Redwoods National Park. During the trip, students toured the Cal Poly Humboldt Campus, walked the Skywalk at the Sequoia Zoo, explored downtown Arcata, played along the coast, and hiked through the redwood forest identifying trees and plants.

Whiskeytown Clean Up
Four New Tech students & Mr. Lewis went out on Saturday, March 22nd to Whiskeytown Environmental School, and helped to clean up the area in preparation for student field trips to the campground that started back up on March 24th. Students helped to clear the creek shore of blackberries and fallen branches, and helped to clear fallen branches and debris from around the field and pond areas of the school ground.

Thank you to Mrs. Boydstun and her art students for their collective effort in creating this version of our logo for the school.
Anderson New Tech proudly sponsored the Haven Human 5k Doggie Dash on March 15th. Our banner was displayed along the trail, showcasing our commitment to the event and highlighting that New Tech truly embodies the spirit of Trailblazers!

For the remainder of this year, any students who express interest in attending New Tech will be placed on a waiting list for the upcoming school year.
We are thrilled to announce that two of our students, Natalie and David, are part of the Anderson Union High School Cubs wrestling team, and both earned the opportunity to compete at the State level. Their hard work and dedication have been outstanding, and we appreciate that our students are given the opportunity to represent other schools within our District.
