Implementation of custom built ERP system.  Currently deployed in 10 of 30 locations and counting.  The platform is facilitating over $55MM of the company's revenue as of Q3 2024.

Founding partner of a B2B online platform targeting the Multi-family flooring installation industry.  Directed the build of both a customer facing order process and an internal business platform to run the day-to-day operations.  Standardized the need for customer online ordering in the Multi-family industry.  Acquired by Real Floors Inc.

Consulting project for a public SaaS company.  Lead a client initiative to customize a SaaS lending platform for a specific need in the legal space.  The challenge was creating an automated process for lead generation while connecting multiple 3rd party systems.
