What is The Practitioners Guide?

The Practitioners Guide is a publication issued by JPAG which sets out 'proper practices' for Town and Parish Councils as required by the Accounts and Audit Regulations 2015.

The guide is intended as a reference document for completing the Annual Return process and is subject to regular review and update. The current version of the Guide can be found on the NALC website which hosts a page for JPAG here.
