My research interests cover several topics in physics education, particle physics, and gravitational physics.
Current Research Projects
- Gravitational instabilities in modified gravity
- Some theoretical aspects of Black holes in GR and modified gravity (in collaboration with Dr. Adel Awad)
- Quark Gluon Plasma (in collaboration with Dr. Ahmed Hamed)
- Several projects on physics educations (see sub pages)
Possible Future Projects (contact me if interested):
Suitable for high school teachers and undergraduate students
- Using smartphones for modernizing undergraduate experimental physics (Physics Education)
- Building demos for better visualization of abstract concepts in physics (Physics Education)
Suitable for undergraduate students (Note that some topics may require more background than others)
- Supersymmetric quantum mechanics (General Theoretical Physics). Background needed: Quantum Mechanics on the level of McIntyre
- Trajectories of massless and massive particles around a black hole (Gravitational Physics). Background needed: Upper level classical mechanics on the level of Taylor, General Relativity on the level of Schutz and Hartle
- Post Newtonian Approximation (Do not let the name fools you, this is just perturbation theory)
- Different topics in Physical Cosmology
