morning drop off

Hello! Here are just a few reminders about morning drop-off.

Please NO PARKING YOUR CARS in the Valet/Drop Off Zone. This is creating a safety hazard.
If you are dropping off your child in the Valet/Drop off zone, please keep your child in the car and move towards the front as directed. Please do not let your kids get out of the car until you are greeted by a staff member.
If you are parking in the parking lot, please get out of your car and walk your child to the gate.
ECE/ECEAP Parents-Please meet your child's teachers under the Play Shed.
For your child's safety, parents may no longer enter the school grounds. Please leave your child at the gate and we will make sure they get to the right location.

Attendance Works

Attending school everyday is critical for each student to fully benefit from the learning opportunities our teachers prepare. When students attend school everyday they obtain the knowledge and skills to thrive in elementary school which prepares them for success in middle school, high school, college, and beyond.

We know students may miss a day or two from time to time. When a student is absent it is very important families contact the school to excuse the absence. Call the office at 253-931-4978 to excuse the absence.

Below are two videos emphasizing the importance of consistent school attendance. The video on the left is in English. The video on the right is in Spanish.

In order to keep ALL Terminal Park students safe, we are asking all parents not to go past the gate or main office when dropping off your student, UNLESS you have signed in at the office. We are happy to assist your child to class if needed. This includes ECEAP families.
