The second annual AI Talent Show featured several acts on May 32 this year, featuring several musicians using AI to write songs.
These musical acts shined as they performed songs for a record audience of nine people.
Organizer and social studies teacher Mr. Chad Geepiti described the impact on the audience.
"The student musicians truly found their voice this year," Geepiti said. "Their songs captured middle-school life perfectly."
Sixth-grader Daniel Mewing, who was also serving lunch detention for allegedly playing Hooda Math in class, claimed he was forced to watch the performance with other students confined to room 603.
"Special teams, special plays, special players,” Mewing said. “What's up brother?”
Mewing failed to ellaborate after further questioning.
Geepiti was confident the event would continue next year with more acts and audience particpation.
"With the quality of musicianship this year, this event is on the rise," Geepiti said. "I anticipate at least 30 kids in the crowds next year."
