Please write a statement that includes the following:

• Tell us about yourself as a student and as a person.

• Tell us why you should be accepted into the AVID program.

• Tell us about your goals for your education and beyond (future).

The essay does not have to be long, but it must show clear organization. Aim for roughly 3-5 paragraphs, include an intro, body (or multiple), and conclusion.
