Fill out the bright green Chromebook Reapir Form.

Take the completed form along with your Chromebook to the front counter or to Mrs. Curtin's office.

We will inspect the device to determine if repairs can be made onsite or if the device must be sent out for repairs.

If your device must be sent out for repairs you will be given a replacement device.

We have Chromebooks that are available to borrow during the school day.

Chromebooks loaner devices must be returned at the end of each school day.

Devices not returned will be disabled and marked as lost at the end of the day.

You are allowed 2 loaners per quarter.

Only 1 loaned device per student at a time.

If your charger quits working bring it to the librrary so that Mrs. Curtin can test it. DO NOT THROW IT AWAY!!

If you lose your charger we will give you a replacement charger and put a fine on your account for $22.

We do not give out loaner chargers.

Paid maintenance agreement allows for 1 free repair and one repair with a $25 deductible as outlined in the 1:1 Responsibility Manual per school year.
