Hello! I'm Angela Desjardins and welcome to the 2018-19 school year! I've taught science at Auburn Riverside the past five years and love being a Raven. I began my career in teaching as a student teacher at Riverside and never left. Outside of the classroom, I love to spend time with my family and friends. I have a wonderful husband and two amazing little humans that keep me on my toes. I enjoy camping, traveling to sunny places, party planning, interior design, playing soccer, and cheering on the Seahawks with my friends and family. Most importantly, I love to laugh! As a teacher, I believe that every student has the capacity for greatness, no matter their circumstances. Fostering a growth mindset not only in my students but in myself, is essential for success. My students and I are a team and I try hard to build this culture in my classroom. I look forward to working with each and every one of you!
