Center for Career Development and Counseling

provides mental health, learning and career counseling services and organizes relevant career development programs for undergraduate students.  The areas of responsibilities are job placement, career training and exposures, counseling, freshmen induction, employer, alumni and parent relations.  For career dimension, the unit assists students in applying their combination of interests, abilities, values, and motivations to a systematic search of the working world and the potential professional and educational opportunities. It facilitates the lifelong career development process and assists students and alumni implementing and securing satisfying careers and promotes employer & alumni relations. For the learning dimension, it empowers students to become life-long learners and facilitates students “learn how to learn” and to acquire the essential skills for academic success including Study Skills and English Communication Skills Development through series of Induction Program, i.e. Orientation, Learning Exhibition, Learning Skill Workshops, English Communication Development Program (E4All), etc. For mental health and wellness, it provides counseling services for both Thai and English-speaking clients who need psychological assistance, brief counseling and referral to both private and governmental hospitals as students need.  It provides psychological testing, one-to-one session and group counseling, peer support group and outreach programs.
