Please contact Amy Riggs ariggs@calbaptist.edu to request a Category 2 CME Letter of Preceptorship. Please provide the name of the student(s) precepted and indicate full-time (i.e., you were the only preceptor for the student) or part-time (i.e., you shared the preceptorship role with other providers) preceptorship. If part-time, then provide the number of preceptor hours completed.
