Atomy Brand Experience Center (BEC) Usage Policy

To maintain a professional, safe, and respectful environment aligned with Atomy standards, all users must comply with the following:

1.     The seminar room is for official Atomy activities only (seminars, training, product education, meetings, approved member events). Subleasing or unauthorized third-party use is prohibited.

2.     The booking member is responsible for all participants and their conduct. Use is limited to the approved date and time, including setup and cleanup. Vacate promptly after use.

3.     Professional behaviour consistent with Atomy values is required. Disruptive conduct or activities that negatively impact Atomy’s image are not permitted. Respect all staff and attendees.

4.     No cooking, alcohol, smoking, vaping, open flames, hazardous materials, or pets are allowed. Only light refreshments and pre-packed food (no strong odors) are permitted. Clean spills immediately.

5.     Keep noise at a professional level. Loud music, shouting, or activities that disturb neighbouring rooms or offices are not allowed.

6.     Use all equipment responsibly. Do not disconnect or reconfigure equipment without permission. Report malfunctions immediately. Switch off equipment, lights, and air-conditioning after use.

7.     Return the room to its original layout. Dispose of all trash properly. Do not leave personal belongings or promotional materials behind. The company will not be responsible for any items lost.

8.     Do not exceed the approved room capacity. Do not block emergency exits and comply with all building safety regulations. Do not enter restricted areas or remove furniture/equipment.

9.     Direct sales are strictly prohibited unless officially approved by Atomy Singapore. All activities must comply with Atomy policies and applicable local regulations.

10. Report any existing damage immediately upon taking over the room. The booking member is liable for any damage, loss, theft, or additional cleaning required during the booking period. Management reserves the right to stop non-compliant activities and restrict future bookings.
