This is an insurance-based therapy group. If your therapist is in network with your insurance, you will only be charged your co-insurance, copay, and/or or deductible.
If your therapist is out-of-network with your insurance, our Client Care team will provide you with a itemized receipt called a superbill to submit to insurance for reimbursement. Payment is due up front each week.
Participants will be charged a missed appointment fee of $40 for canceling group attendance with less than 48 hours notice except in cases of sickness. To avoid a missed appointment fee, the group leader may be able to reschedule to a 20-min individual appointment to review the group materials for that week.
Participants may only miss 2 group sessions in a 8 week group before they will no longer be able to participate in the group. Scheduling a 30-min individual therapy appointment with a group leader is considered “not missing.”
