The following Declaration of Rights originally served as the founding declaration, notice, and statement that went along with the original Charter for the State of Atlanteus (our integrated auxiliary). By formal act of the Ministry, these 99 declarations have been codified as the overarching Organic Law for the Congregation of Atlanteus, along with the Holy Bible, Our Holy Book of the Children of The Light, Natural Law Lecture Notes governing all spiritual, civil, and administrative affairs under Divine and Natural Law. The Natural Law Lecture Notes, codified as Organic Law by Congregation of Atlanteus and written out in Lecture form by the current Vicar General in 2017, were found through Rational Analyses as Real Law is immutable, universal, and are meant to be discovered. Today, unfortunately, man thinks he is the ultimate authority and the creator of law. In his ignorance he suffers and creates suffering due to his solipsism, ignorance, and lack of a correct truth discovery method.
