Community Courtesy Officer Program

AVAILABLE FOR SWORN APD OFFICERS ONLY

APF has developed relationships with local developers and multi-tenant management companies to offer sworn APD officers discounted rent in exchange for participation in the courtesy officer program.

Rental rates, floorplans and participation expectations vary among the properties, however certain minimum performance standards do exist for the program. Generally speaking, Courtesy Officers spend the majority of their off-duty participation time performing safety and security patrols of the sponsoring property, but they also are required to engage with the immediate and surrounding community.
