Welcome to volunteer orientation at the Athens Area Humane Society! We are so glad that you have chosen to volunteer with us, and we hope that this training site will give you the resources you need to feel ready to work, have a better understanding of our policies and procedures, and have fun while you're here! The Athens Area Humane Society address is 1030 Mitchell Bridge Rd., Athens, GA 30606. We are open from 9 AM to 6 PM every day except Tuesdays. We welcome you to volunteer at the animal care center any day except Tuesdays- just sign up for your shift (link below)!
