Registrar Online Services Portal

In response to the challenges of COVID-19 and the Enhanced Community Quarantine, the Assistant Registrar of the Office of the Registrar-AGSB, initiated the creation of this portal, which offers certain Registrar Services to students and its other customers over the Internet. The number of services will increase over time.

File for an Official Leave of Absence

A Leave of Absence (LOA) is filed when there is an expectation that students will not resume classes in the next or subsequent terms. Filed LOAs usually indicate the duration, and when students intend to return. The LOA extends or “stops the clock” on the 5-year Maximum Residency as contained in the student handbook.
A LOA filed before the start of a term “stops the clock” for that term. A LOA filed after the start of a term “stops the clock” for that term only if the student is not currently enrolled for that term.

Request for Direct Registration

Make a request regarding Curricular Exceptions (i.e., skip a prerequisite for a valid reason), Cross-Enrollments (i.e., course from another program/campus), Conditional Enrollments (i.e., can't enroll due to a set of conditions as Returning/ Probationary student), or Overload (i.e., get additional courses beyond the maximum allowed), please secure an approval first from the respective Academic Department before requesting for DR.

Request for Change of Course

Request for change of course schedule, withdrawal of a course, or auditing a course. Facility will be available starting 19 September, 2020.

Apply for Graduation Clearance

Qualified to apply are the students who already complied with all the academic requirements (i.e., all required courses passed with final grades). Facility will be available starting 14 September, 2020.

Schedule Pickup of Graduation Credentials (Class of 2021) has already closed.
