Assistant Principal for Academics

The Assistant Principal for Academics exercises general supervision over curriculum and instruction. She has direct supervision over the Council of Academic Supervisors, and shares in the supervision of the faculty members. Her supervision of the faculty involves implementing academic policies, and guidelines to ensure the smooth functioning of the school's academic and instructional programs.

Subject Area Coordinators

The Subject Area Coordinators are directly concerned with the supervision of the teaching and learning process. They ensure the alignment of instructional materials with curricular goals and objectives, as well as monitor student progress and frequency of evaluation of learning. They also process feedback from teachers, students and parents regarding instruction, interpersonal relationships, and involvement in school undertakings. Most of all, they encourage teachers to experiment and innovate on strategies and methodologies, to update themselves on developments in their respective subject areas, and be open to new ideas and challenges.
