HOW TO PERFORM A SELF-SERVICE PASSWORD RESET FOR YOUR ATENEO ACCOUNT :
Self-Service Password Reset is only available for Higher Education students.
To reset the password on your account, follow these steps:
There are 2 ways to reset your password.
Through the website accounts.google.com
You can change your password at any time, even if you have already logged in, by visiting accounts.google.com, navigating to the Security tab, and selecting “Password.”
2. Through the “Forgot Password” menu
If you are in the process of logging in, or if you have forgotten your password, you may reset the password by selecting “Forgot password?”
Regardless of which option is chosen, Google may prompt the user to confirm their identity through multi-factor authentication. The above image shows multi-factor authentication through a phone number. If you want to use another method for multi-factor authentication, such as Google Prompts or the Authenticator app, select “Try another way.”
After passing multi-factor authentication, you will be brought to this menu to change your password. Enter your new password in the fields above.
Once done, select “Change password.”
HOW TO SET UP YOUR CANVA ACCOUNT:
Canva licenses are currently available only for Basic Education students, faculty, and select units from the Higher Education.
Follow the steps below to activate and set up your account.

Go to Canva’s website.
Click Log in or Sign up in the upper corner.
Select Continue with email.
4. Enter your school email address.
5. Canva will ask if you want to log in via SSO—click Continue with single sign-on (SSO).
