GRAJU 2026 has a packed schedule! The presentations have been grouped into sessions of four to six presentations each. Each session will be overseen by a session chair, assisted by a timekeeper and a technical support person. The session chair will introduce each speaker and moderate the question-and-answer portion.
To ensure a smooth and punctual flow of online and onsite presenters and participants and orderly audience interaction, please note the following instructions.
Please check the program for the date, time, and location of your presentation.
To our online presenters, all times indicated are in Philippine time.
Please come to your session a few minutes early to test your presentation.
Please check in with your session chair before your session begins.
To enable online participants to see your slides, please join the Zoom room and share your screen.
Each presenter has 15 minutes to present their work, immediately followed by 5 minutes of Q&A.
The timekeeper will signal the speaker when 5 minutes, 2 minutes and 1 minute remain.
If the presenter goes over time, the session chair may reduce the time from the Q&A portion.
After the presentation, the session chair will open the floor for questions.
