How do I log in to Canvas?
Go to canvas.ateneo.edu
Click Canvas for Teachers
Enter your Ateneo email account and password
What if my Canvas credentials don't work?
There are 2 possible causes, either your canvas account is not existing or your ateneo.edu account/password is incorrect. Contact any of the following to assist you:
· Graduate School of Business - canvas.gsb@ateneo.edu
· Law School - canvas.law@ateneo.edu
· School of Government - canvas.sog@ateneo.edu
· School of Medicine and Public Health - canvas.asmph@ateneo.edu
How do my courses get added to Canvas?
Courses can only be created by your respective unit admin helpdesk. Only official course offerings will be created and assigned to the teacher before the term/semester/trimester starts. You may Contact Us for any clarification.
How do students get added to my Canvas courses?
By default, officially enrolled students will be automatically enrolled to their designated canvas courses at the beginning of each term/semester/trimester. This will be managed by the unit admin helpdesk.
Student's cannot see my course but they are in my list, what will I do?
Your course may be currently in an unpublished state. To publish the course, go to your course, and click publish (located at the upper-right side of your screen)

I encountered an error (Error: app_not_configured_for_user ) after I clicked Canvas for Teacher, what will I do?
Since our Ateneo.edu google account is integrated with Canvas, Canvas detects another Gmail account that is currently open or logged in the browser you are using.
Go first to https.//www.gmail.com
Logged out all the opened gmail accounts.
Click Canvas for Teacher

How do I use Zoom Videoconferencing for synchronous session?
The Ateneo Professional Schools are using Zoom as the official videoconferencing solution for their synchronous classes ,although application and deployment is dependent per school unit. For the Graduate School of Business (AGSB) and MBA classes in ASMPH, Zoom is integrated inside each Canvas course and can be accessed by the faculty and students directly inside their courses.

How do I access Canvas from my mobile device?
Instructure offers a free mobile app for both iOS and Android.
Download Canvas for Teacher App in the Apple Store or Google Play.
Click Find my school
Type Ateneo de Manila
Select the institution name Ateneo de Manila
Page will be redirected to canvas.ateneo.edu, then click Canvas for Student
Login using your @obf.ateneo.edu account

What browsers are supported in Canvas?
