All coursework must be submitted promptly. Deadlines will be set within your respective class' scheduled sessions. Both Summative and Formative assessments will affect the student’s Effort Mark.
If students have a valid reason for submitting beyond the deadline such as being ill or participating in school-sanctioned activities, they will be excused from the penalties for submitting late.
An excuse letter written by the student's parent/guardian and/or medical certificate, in case of illness, must be given to the concerned teacher via email. Parents/guardians must use the email address they registered in the Ateneo database upon enrollment.
The student must coordinate with the teacher on a new deadline.
A letter mark of B is the highest possible score the student may earn for works submitted late.
Incomplete works will not be accepted and will be considered LATE. Students are expected to finish their work and resubmit it within five (5) academic days after the deadline.
If students have a valid reason (special accommodation) for failing to submit summative assessments by the end of the term, they will earn an INCOMPLETE mark for their final grade. Students must coordinate with the teacher on the completion of their coursework.
Students will automatically earn a letter mark of F if they fail to submit coursework within five (5) academic days after the deadline. Students may also be subject to a Formative Intervention to be processed by the Formation Coordinator.
NOTE: Upon submitting works in Google Classroom, click TURN IN or MARK AS DONE. Otherwise, your work will be marked late.
