We at the Ateneo Department of Mathematics are very excited to see you in our classrooms. Some of you might be as excited as we are, while some might be anxious or nervous about what is to come.
On this site we aim to provide you with
(1) an overview of what your first few major mathematics subjects may be about according to the Calculus track in which your program belongs.
If you belong to a program with a Calculus subject, this site also provides you with
(2) tools you can use to self-evaluate your readiness for Calculus.
Should you find yourself unprepared to take Calculus, we will suggest
(3) options you can consider for pre-Calculus review or support.
Check here if you're not entirely sure if your program requires you to take Calculus or not.
If you already know that you're taking up Calculus in your program, we highly encourage you to take a diagnostic exam to self-evaluate your readiness for Calculus.
