ASHOP Instructions for Uniform Fitting and Ordering
HOW TO PURCHASE UNIFORMS?
Part of our in-person enrollment process is uniform fitting and ordering. The ASHOP will have a satellite store located in Rooms 114-116 of the ASHS Main Building.
All orders must be placed through the form (see QR code or link below) for control and monitoring purposes, as we will not process orders on-site. There will be ready stock available, so you may pay immediately after placing your order, provided our staff can confirm the receipt of your order.
NOTE: The uniform fitting at the ASHOP satellite store hours are 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
After the enrollment days, you may order uniforms at the main ASHOP at the G/F MVP Center for Student Leadership Building at the Loyola Schools. You can take an e-jeep and alight at Xavier Hall and walk from there.
Please note that their store hours are 8:00 AM to 11:30 AM and 1:00 PM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday. The store is also open from 8:00 AM to 11:30 AM on Saturdays.

REMINDERS ON DRESS CODE WHEN COMING TO SCHOOL
Everyone is reminded and enjoined to observe the proper dress code when coming to school. This dress code applies to ALL students and visitors who intend to visit or conduct business within the senior high school premises, both inside and outside of school hours.
During regular school days, in the absence of the official school uniform, please refer to the prescribed dress code that will be given by the Offices of the Assistant Principal for Formation and the Formation Coordinators.
The following are the underlying values and principles behind the school’s policy on school attire and grooming:
SAFETY: The dress code mitigates the chances of outsiders entering the campus, may lessen exposure to injury, and provides students protection from diseases that can result from insect bites.
APPROPRIATENESS: The school is an institution of learning. Thus, there is an expectation that our appearance reflects a semblance of comfort with formality and is suitable for the place and activity.
SIMPLICITY OF LIFESTYLE: According to Father Arrupe, simplicity of lifestyle is a practical application to the spirit of poverty, a detachment from material things or classism and that lessens vanity and other vices that hamper us from our authentic selves, God’s lovely creation. It removes from us a singular attention to outward appearances and makes us focus more on what is essential (e.g. character, principles and beliefs).
