C. ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTS FOR THE SHS VOUCHER PROGRAM TO INCOMING GRADE 11 STUDENTS (if applicable)
In accordance with the updated Senior High School Voucher Program (SHS VP) guidelines DepEd Order No. 011, s. 2026 recently disseminated thru SDO and Schools Orientation on the Revised E-GASTPE Program on 29 May 2026, all incoming Grade 11 learners who are applying as Voucher Program Beneficiaries (VPBs) or ESC Recipients are requested to submit the required documentary requirements as indicated in the attached guidelines.
Please ensure that all submitted documents are complete and accurate to facilitate the review and evaluation process.
Important Reminders:
Submit all required documents to the school as soon as possible. Upon enrollment, we kindly request that you do NOT select the "Full Payment" option as your payment plan except if you are 100% SHS financial aid scholar. Doing so may result in a violation of Section 63 of the E-GASTPE Guidelines, which classifies the collection of advance payments from SHS Voucher applicants as a Less Grave Offense and may result in the disapproval of the SHS VP application.
Upon submission, please allow up to three (3) working days for the review and evaluation of your application and supporting documents.
You will be notified regarding the result of your application, whether approved or disapproved, once the evaluation has been completed.
If your application is approved, kindly monitor your EduSuite Assessment to verify that the voucher subsidy has already been applied and reflected as a tuition credit.
Please refer to the attached guidelines for the complete list of documentary requirements and the updated implementation procedures.
The deadline for the submission of the required documents is on 17 July 2026. Eligible students must submit the hard copies of the required documents to the Office of the Registrar, Room 104, G/F FLC Building. All submitted documents shall be subject to validation and approval. Likewise, incomplete submissions may result in the disapproval of the SHS VP application.
We appreciate your patience and cooperation as we implement these newly released guidelines and ensure compliance with DepEd and PEAC requirements.
Thank you.
*Incoming Grade 12 QVA/ESC recipients are not required to re-submit their certificates.
