For incoming Grade 11: Prior to enrollment, please check your email inbox for the “Reset Authentication” email from Edusuite. Follow the steps listed in the email to access your account. If you do not receive any “Reset Authentication”, please send an email to IT Support (itsupport@ateneo.edu).
*Students from AJHS will NOT receive the "Reset Authentication" anymore as you are advised to use same account during JHS.
For incoming Grade 12: Please use the same login information you used in the school year 2024-2025. If you have problems logging in, please send an email to IT Support (itsupport@ateneo.edu).

3. After payment, please wait for confirmation from the Cashier (Step 5) within 2-3 working days.
4. Once the payment has been confirmed and updated in Edusuite, you will receive an email notification from the Cashier. For any concerns regarding payment, you may email Ms. Ma. Christina Enriquez of the Cashier’s Office at menriquez@ateneo.edu.

5. For incoming Grade 11: Submit original hard copy of official Grade 10 Report Card and photocopy of PSA birth certificate to the Office of the Registrar after receiving the “confirmation” of enrollment in the guardian’s email. You may submit these documents within 3 working days after receiving the said “confirmation”.
For incoming Grade 12: Submit the original hard copies of your Grade 11 semesters 1 and 2 Report Cards to the Office of the Registrar for stamping and verification within 3 working days after receiving the “confirmation” email.
Important note:
Only those who submitted the above documents will be included in the official class lists.
Students who are yet to submit the official hard copies will be tagged as temporarily enrolled.
A. REQUIRED TO UPLOAD IN THE EDUSUITE K-12 SYSTEM (9 to 20 June 2025)

Uncancelled Final Report Card with DepEd Learner Reference Number and signature of Principal/Registrar.
For incoming Grade 11 students: For those whose Grade 10 Final Report Cards will be released after the date of their scheduled enrollment, please accomplish and submit an Affidavit of Undertaking indicating when your Report Card will be released and when you will be able to submit it to Office of the Registrar.
For transferees from abroad: An authenticated copy (red-ribboned) of the Transcript of Records from the Philippine Embassy is required and certificate of Grade 10 completer. If letter marks are used, attach a certified numeric equivalence of grades. If the Report Card is not written in English, please submit an official English translation.
*For those students who don't have a Learner Reference Number (LRN), please submit your Transcript of Records from Kindergarten up to Grade 10 on or before 29 August 2025. This is a mandatory requirement for students in the Philippines, implemented by the Department of Education (DepEd).
For incoming Grade 12 students: please upload the scanned copy of your Grade 11 Second Semester Report Card which was distributed last 19 May 2025.
For incoming Grade 11 students only: PSA Birth Certificate - clear and limit to 1MB file size in pdf format.
B. ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR THE SHS VOUCHER PROGRAM
*Not required for all Grade 11; only for those who are ESC grantees /QVA and from Public Junior High Schools.
Requirements for Students from Public Junior High School:
1.Certificate of Junior High School Completion

3. Original Grade 10 Final Report Card
Requirement for Students who are ESC grantees or QVR:
For ESC Grantees: ESC Certification Letter from Junior High School Principal with signature, format available through the ESC IMS.
For Qualified Voucher Applicant: QVA Certificate from DepEd through Online Voucher Application Portal (OVAP).
*For the subsidies to be automatically tuition-credited during this enrollment, please submit the ESC/QVA certificate 3 days prior to your scheduled enrollment at the Office of the Registrar. ESC/QVA certificates submitted and processed after the enrollment period will be tution credited either in the middle of the SY 2025-2026 or during the next SY 2026-2027 enrollment, for both Grade 11 and Grade 12 subsidies.
*Please ensure that you submit the certificates to our office on or before 19 September 2025, as we need to process them within the billing period given by the Private Education Assistance Committee (PEAC).
*Submitted QVA/ESC after 19 September 2025, the set deadline of voucher billing, will NO longer be accepted since these can only be applied during the billing period of this SY: 2025-2026 .
*Incoming Grade 12 QVA/ESC recipients are not required to re-submit their certificates.

ID PICTURE AND NAME VERIFICATION PROCESS
Students are required to personally have their ID photographs taken at the Office of the Student Services Coordinator, at the Room 106 in FLC Building.
In addition to ID capture, students will be asked to encode their names and student numbers.
Students will be required to wear plain shirts with collars to school during their ID picture-taking.
Any color of collared shirt may do, except WHITE.
Please observe the policies on haircuts and hairstyles as stated in Section 22.5 Good Grooming of the Student Handbook.
Students are not allowed to wear makeup for the ID picture-taking.
Use of hair dye is not allowed as well for the ID picture-taking.
ID capture will begin on 9 June 2025 (Monday), except during weekends and holidays.
