Dear Parents and Students,

The past few months have been truly remarkable at A Team Academy. We successfully completed our July and August Speech & Debate batches and celebrated outstanding results at the World Scholar’s Cup Global Rounds in Bangkok and Shenzhen with multiple medals, trophies, and qualifications for Yale’s Tournament of Champions. In October, we also hosted our signature World Changers Cup 2025 at Wellington College International School Bangkok under the theme “Where We Rise,” showcasing our students’ confidence and speech and debate skills.

Our September and October Speech & Debate batches are now in full swing, alongside the Academic Creative Writing and Public Speaking programs.

Looking ahead, we’re excited for what’s next: the November batch begins soon, and our Winter Speech & Debate Program (Dec 15–18) will offer a focused, camp-style experience over the break. We’re also expanding communication skills training for adults through our new Executive Education track, beginning with the workshop “Mastering Communication Skills in the age of AI” this November.

Since our founding, the A Team Academy has proudly trained over 5,000 students from Thailand and abroad in the art of speech and debate. Our students come from diverse backgrounds and around 40 international schools across Thailand. To date, we’ve successfully completed more than 60 batches of our Speech & Debate Program — each designed to build confidence, sharpen critical thinking, and strengthen communication skills. These milestones highlight not only our growth but also the meaningful and lasting impact we’re making in classrooms, competitions, and communities.

What We Did

Completion of July & August Batch - Speech & Debate Program

Over the past few months, we proudly wrapped up our July and August batches of the Speech & Debate Program. Throughout the eight-week journey, students learned to express their ideas clearly, think critically, and engage respectfully in discussions and debates. Their confidence, teamwork, and communication skills grew remarkably, and we’re truly proud of the dedication and progress each student has shown.

🏆 The World Scholar’s Cup – Global Round 2025

A huge congratulations to our students who proudly represented A Team Academy at the World Scholar’s Cup Global Rounds 2025, held in both Bangkok, Thailand and Shenzhen, China on June, August and September.

Across both rounds, our scholars showcased outstanding teamwork, academic excellence, and remarkable communication skills. Against thousands of competitors from across Asia, they ranked among the top teams and brought home multiple medals and trophies. Their achievements have also earned them qualification for the prestigious Tournament of Champions at Yale University this November.

On October 11-13, 2025, A Team Academy proudly hosted the World Changers Cup 2025, our biggest annual Signature event, at Wellington College International School Bangkok.

Across three inspiring days, our students demonstrated their confidence, creativity, and critical thinking through engaging speech and debate rounds. Guided by the theme “Where We Rise,” the event celebrated growth, courage, and the spirit of expressing their voices.

A highlight of the event was a powerful and uplifting address by Cindy Sirinya Bishop, who inspired everyone with her heartfelt message about courage, resilience, and rising beyond challenges, perfectly in line with the theme “Where We Rise.”

Congratulations to all the champions and to every participant who took part. Each student has won through their effort, improvement, and the confidence gained throughout this unforgettable experience.

Public Speaking Showcase

On October 11, 2025, A Team Academy held the Public Speaking Showcase at Wellington College International School Bangkok, where students took the stage to deliver powerful and inspiring speeches. After eight weeks of hands-on learning with A Team Academy, each performance reflected their growth, confidence, and ability to express ideas with clarity and passion, a true celebration of their learning journey.

What We Are Doing

September Batch - Speech & Debate

Our September batch of the Speech & Debate Program is now in full swing! Running from September 13–14 to November 8–9, students are engaging in weekly sessions that help them build confidence, think critically, and express their ideas clearly. It’s been an inspiring journey so far, and we’re excited to see their continued progress as the program moves toward completion.

October Batch - Speech & Debate

Our October batch of the Speech & Debate Program has just begun, marking the start of another exciting journey. In the weeks ahead, students will develop their confidence, communication, and critical thinking skills through engaging weekly sessions.

Acedamic Creative Writing Program

At the same time, our Onsite Writing Program has officially begun, bringing young writers together to explore the power of words and storytelling. This program helps students express themselves more clearly and creatively through writing, from crafting vivid stories to strengthening structure, grammar, and flow.

The first class kicked off with great energy and enthusiasm, and we’re thrilled to see our students already developing confidence in sharing their ideas on paper. We can’t wait to see how their writing journeys unfold in the weeks ahead! ✨

Public Speaking Program

Our new batch of Public Speaking Program started on October 18 and has been running every Saturday, guiding students through fun, confidence-building activities that strengthen their communication and presentation skills. After two engaging weeks, we’re already seeing students grow more expressive and self-assured each session and we can’t wait to see their continued progress in the coming weeks! 🎤✨

What We Will Do

November Batch - Speech & Debate

Our November Batch of the Speech & Debate Program is starting very soon! This 8-week program helps students strengthen their public speaking, critical thinking, and teamwork skills through engaging speech and debate sessions. From individual speeches to team debates and World Scholar’s Cup training, students are gaining valuable experiences that build both confidence and communication.

☃️ Winter Speech & Debate Program

We’re launching our Winter Speech & Debate Program on December 15, 2025! Over four days, students will develop their confidence, creativity, and communication skills through engaging speech and debate activities, team challenges, and startup idea sessions all in a fun, supportive environment. It’s the perfect way to spend the winter break learning, growing, and having fun with friends!

Public Speaking Showcase

On 13th December, we will organize a Public Speaking Showcase to mark the completion of Public Speaking program at the Grande Centre Point Sukhumvit 55 hotel.

This special event is a celebration of our students' progress and growth. They'll take the stage to demonstrate their speaking skills and the confidence they've built throughout the course.

A Team Academy: Executive Education

We’re thrilled to introduce A Team Academy’s Executive Education Program: a new initiative created especially for adults and working professionals. This program focuses on developing essential leadership and communication skills for success in today’s fast-changing world. Through expert-led workshops and practical learning experiences, participants gain valuable tools they can apply in both their careers and everyday lives.

The First Workshop : Mastering Communication Skills in the Age of AI

The very first workshop under our Executive Education program “Mastering Communication Skills in the Age of AI” will tentatively take place on November 29, 2025 (Saturday) at Grande Centre Point, Sukhumvit 55.

This workshop will be led by experts in communication and artificial intelligence, offering participants practical skills to master effective communication in today’s digital era. Through interactive discussions and hands-on activities, attendees will learn proven strategies for impactful communication, adapt to the evolving landscape of AI, and connect with other driven professionals in an engaging, high-value learning experience.
