Attendees will leave with the formula for a prompt that produces an accurate role play: how to describe the situation, the person, and their behavioral style when that data is available (DISC, MBTI, etc.). They will learn to use Claude as a conversation coach that helps them prepare for the most dreaded conversations, resulting in reduced anxiety and better outcomes during hard conversations.
I use AI as a facilitation partner to deepen training debriefs, not replace the facilitator or learners. I upload flip-chart photos or virtual breakout notes to synthesize themes, surface differing perspectives, and generate follow-up questions. Participants of both formal training sessions and process improvement workshops then compare the AI’s interpretation with their own, discussing what it captured, missed, or overstated. Today we'll look at Gemini & Gemini Gems.
The Turo training team uses Claude to trim down time on the repetitive parts of our training workflows: Project management, scope Asana training requests into summaries and outline tasks, for Instructional Design, upload Articulate Rise eLearning modules and Google decks and other training assets to create effective training assets, for Stakeholder management... calibrate trainer session transcripts against our rubric and compare the results with our BPO partners’ scores. All of these tasks free the team up to have more productive conversations with stakeholders and to effectively bring a diverse engagement to our trainings.
I use Presentor.ai to run my whole training cycle in one place. Before a session I rehearse into it and get coaching on my pace, my filler words and my delivery in under a minute. In the room I present from one screen, with the slides for the audience and my timer and notes behind them. Afterwards it turns the notes I took on each participant into a session report. When I am wearing my training-leader hat, I use the same app to assign sessions from a team calendar and to run observations, where my raw notes become rubric language while the session is still going. I built it because I was tired of the notebook, the timer app and the slide deck never talking to each other.
