Welcome!

This is my 16th year teaching science and my fourth year teaching Middle school. For the first 10 years of my career I have taught high school Biology to all grade levels. As a middle school 7th and 8th grade science teacher I am excited to instill the skills necessary to be a successful student not only in middle school, high school and college but I also hope to equip my students with the skills necessary for life.

Science is a difficult subject and the first few months are eye opening and challenging for my students. But I will work hard to help them get through their challenges and realize what they are capable of achieving.

I am also the Head Boy's Water polo coach at Atascadero High School and am enjoying my 23rd year of coaching the sport that has meant so much to me.

Finally, I am married to an amazing, patient, and understanding wife. I have three little monsters at home that keep me constantly on my toes!
