Volunteering and Community Service are powerful ways to build your character and your career. There are plenty of opportunities with reputable organizations, both at the national and local levels, as well as in your school community.
COMMUNITY SERVICE LOG (download & print) - this form is to track and verify the hours of community service a student has performed. We strongly encourage students to scan this form to have an electronic record in addition to the signed paper form.
