Brando's 9th Birthday Party!
Below are project management items I created. The first item is a Project Scope statement that gives the details about planning the birthday party. The second and third item are a work breakdown structure (WBS) dictionary and the WBS with levels, codes and flow of work. Finally, there is a responsibility assignment matrix (RAM) showing who is responsible for what.

I can define and use project management terminology, identify different approaches, tools, and best practices to project management. Connect the impact of cultural and organizational influences on projects. Based on the numerous approaches, I have the competencies to develop a project plan, schedule, document lessons learned while effectively managing projects.
Now that I have taken OGL 323 I am aware of project cost management principles and how the project scope relates to cost management. I can navigate project activities by using various tools for decision-making purposes.
I have cost management skills utilized in various business organization functions to improve project output.
This was a Risk Register done based on an assigned project that our professor provided in OGL 421.
I can demonstrate an understanding and apply knowledge to project risk management, planning, risk identification, risk analysis, risk response, and risk control.
I have experience with cultural, organizational, and human resource influences on project risk management.
I have used a project plan to evaluate potential project risks and effectively mitigate those risks.
This was a presentation done as a group project where we are pitching our quality plans to a company that needs quality improvement for OGL 422.
I can initiate a quality project management plan and use and define its lingo. I can explain the role of quality management in organizations.
I can identify the main challenges of quality and get through complex situations.
I can follow the characteristics of quality project management models, and I know the roles and objectives of all involved.
I have a clear understanding of the characteristics and key attributes of the Quality Project Management Framework.
