DON'T MISS THE EDUCATION EXPO - Tempe Campus - Tuesday, November 4th 2025
Mesa Public Schools’ Path 2 Teach program is a partnership designed to make it more possible for districts to quickly develop programs tailored to their specific school and community needs. It offers a way for teachers who are employed by the district and who already have a bachelor’s degree in an area other than in teaching to earn a master’s degree in education with teacher certification, or a stand-alone teacher certification.

"PV Aspire gives me the freedom to fill in the gaps in my own knowledge, in ways that specifically target what would be most useful for me to learn at that particular point in the academic year in my own classroom."
"The professors maintain an open line of communication, readily available for emails and collaborative Zoom sessions. Their dedication to collaborative problem-solving and addressing queries underscores their commitment to student success. "
"This program is the perfect mixture of ASU and PVUSD. PS gives us the coverage in our classrooms that allows us time to meet together each month, and full time mentors whose sole responsibility is supporting and facilitating the success of the Aspire candidates... Because I am in Aspire, I have support on three different levels: site, district, and university."
"The instructional approach strikes a harmonious balance—pedagogical and individually tailored to meet the needs of each participant."
"One thing that makes a huge difference from this learning model is the motivation that being an Aspire student gives me to continue to take chances and stretch as an educator."
