Pear Deck for the Classroom
For educators in a modern classroom, technology plays an important role in diversifying teaching methods to better meet the individual learning needs of each and every student in the classroom. It is a supplemental tool that changes normally passive learning experiences into active engagement. Therefore it can be applied in multiple fields of study and employment to enhance interactive learning experiences, efficiently collect feed-back from large groups, and allow for collaboration in a variety of environments. In continuing education programs and online training modules, Pear Deck can be applied with the flipped classroom technique, where learners engage with materials online before a session. Pear Deck can provide a live, interactive session for deeper discussion and enrichment activities (OpenAI 2024).

Pear Deck is an enhanced version of the classic PowerPoint Presentation that is used in all sorts of fields.
