September 2023: IEEE Antennas and Wireless Propagations has published our work on using conformal metasurface antennas for computational sensing of AoA in its special cluster on conformal metasurfaces and metamaterials.
July 2023: Our group will attend the 2023 IEEE APS/URSI conference in Portland with two presentations on the design and operation of RISs.
June 2023: Our work on detecting AoA on hybrid RISs using only the intensity of the received signal is published in IEEE Antennas and Propagation Letters.
February 2023: Our collaborative effort on using hybrid RISs for channel estimation has been published in IEEE Transactions on Communication.
January 2023: Our collaborative effort on physis based modeling of RIS-empower communication channels is published in IEEE Transactions on Wireless Communication.
October 2022: IEEE Access has published our work on hybrid reconfigurable intelligent surfaces with improved hardware configuration and capable of sensing multiple AoAs.
July 2022: Our collaborative work on a flexible metasurface that can improve MRI is published in IEEE Antennas and Wireless Propagation letters.
June 2022: Our collaborative work is published in Advanced Science. In this work, we introduced the concept of smart radio environments to the chip scale by adding a programmable metasurface (on-chip RIS) that shape the channel response.
April 2022: Idban has been selected as "Honorable Mention" in the student paper competition at 2022 IEEE Antennas and Propagation Symposium. Congratulations Idban!
March 2022: Our collaborative efforts on using focused beam for near-field MIMO communication and wireless power transfer have been accepted for publication in IEEE Transactions on Wireless Communications and IEEE Communications Magazine.
