You’re invited to present at the NGSC Leadership Conference!

The Next Generation Service Corps warmly invites you to submit a proposal for our annual NGSC Leadership Conference, which will take place on Saturday, February 8, 2025, in Tempe, AZ!

This conference is an incredible opportunity to expose students to various career paths across different sectors while cultivating strong leadership skills. With over 400 attendees and up to 60 community partners joining us each year, this event provides a dynamic platform for sharing your expertise and inspiring the next generation of character-driven, cross-sector leaders.

We are looking for presenters from the public, private, non-profit, and military sectors to support this year’s theme, highlighting the significance of corporate social responsibility and the necessity for cross-sector approaches to community action. By providing students with practical leadership skills—such as communication, decision-making, critical thinking, and goal setting—we aim to shape their future professional careers and empower them to become effective social change agents. We encourage proposals offering NGSC students actionable strategies to embark on their leadership journeys during college and beyond, ensuring diverse perspectives and knowledge from various sectors.

The NGSC leadership conference features diverse workshop sessions covering essential topics such as cross-sector leadership, skills development, time management, financial literacy, interviewing techniques, resume writing, positive social action, and continued education on inclusive excellence. We also encourage innovative proposals outside of these areas!
