The LAB Symposium will be held in Boardroom 526, located within the Dean’s Suite (Suite 502) on the 5th floor of the John Tulloch Business Building at the University of Nevada, Reno.

The closest parking is available at the Gateway Parking Complex (shown on the bottom right map), located directly across (450 ft) from the business building. Daily parking permits cost $10.
Guests using a daily permit must purchase it from the University of Nevada Parking and Transportation Services office before parking. The office is shown on the map below in the bottom left and is located directly off 16th Street, near the Nevada Historical Society and the Fleischmann Planetarium. It is approximately half a mile from the Gateway Parking Complex and opens at 8:00 AM.
Please arrive at the Parking Services office promptly at 8:00 AM, collect your permit, and allow enough time to drive to the Gateway Parking Complex and be at the event by 8:30 AM.
Metered parking is also available on the bottom floor for $2 per hour, with a maximum stay of four hours; therefore, it is not suitable for the full-day event.
