We recommend dressing in layers during these months. A common thing to do is wear a hoodie and then a waterproof shell on top (a rain jacket/ windbreaker would also work).
Shoes are a preference but many switch to closed-toed shoes during the colder months.
Wearing a hat or ear covering is also recommended.

7:45 am: carpool leaves from behind Two Hands/ Halal Guys (See below for pin).
8: arrive at lake (See below for pin) and get ready to take the boats out.
8:15: roll out boats to the dock
8:20- 8:30: Warm up exercises
8:30: Get on the lake
8:30- 10:00: Complete the coach's workout
10:00: Get off the lake and put away boats
10:30: stretch and go home!
