Performance Pay is composed of "highly effective" rating as a teacher and completion of professional development hours as defined in the Classroom Site Fund Plan (Prop 301). "Effective", "Ineffective" or "Developing" teachers should review  Classroom Site Fund for earnings estimate.

Instructional Improvement is subject to annual Governing Board approval.
