As you can tell in the photos above I have always loved sports. From the word "go" I have always dreamt of becoming a sports broadcaster. Growing up in the heart of the south I watched college football and NASCAR with my dad on the weekends.
Somewhere along the path, I decided that I wanted to get paid to talk about sports, specifically NASCAR, which is why I decided I wanted to pursue sports broadcasting.
Growing up I attended "play by play sports broadcasting camp" for years in the city of Atlanta where I am from. The camp taught me so much not only in broadcasting but also in the likes of sideline reporting, podcasting, and even some producing as well.
As I grew older I decided that it was time to pack my bags and head west to Arizona State University to attend the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication. My family was not thrilled with my decision since I would be moving thousands of miles away but they understood what it took to get to where I wanted to be.
Now, I have co founded a student run website covering ASU sporting events, broadcasted numerous events with Blaze Radio, and been fortunate enough to cover my favorite sport, NASCAR, for a multitude of outlets.
Outside of sports, I love to hike when it is not 115 degrees of course, go try new restaurants, and play video games with friends.
